Raegan Faye

So I have this AMAZING boffa, Kara Brantley. Kara is an amazing person who is always in a good mood, always kind, and always willing to listen to me moan and complain whenever I feel the need. I never know what she's saying, and she thinks I'm deaf, which always makes our convo's funny and worth having. We share a love for Starbucks, scarves, and "How I Met Your Mother". Kara became my boffa over this past year, after she introduced me to my future hubby. That is definitely one of the most amazing things she has ever given me. What else? Well, besides my super sweet scarf holder, she gave me Raegan Faye. Her sweet baby, Raegan, is amazing, adorable and hilarious. I love love love taking pictures of her even though she's not super fond of the camera. I have taken pictures of her since she was three months old, and can't wait to take even more pictures of her for years to come! Anyways, I'm posting random pics of Raegan, Kara, and her hubby Andrew that I've taken over the past year. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

This past weekend I got to take pictures of one of my favorite funny families, the Lavenders! Mama Jessie, looking cute and pregnant with little miss Kenleigh, Daddy Clay, looking photogentic as always, and sweet Maddie had me cracking up the entire time! Maddie is such a hoot, and I love trying to get her in a picture. This is one beautiful family that I always have a blast shooting!

My first blog!

Yay!
Thanks to the help of my favorite use-to-be Med Center nurse (Akisha Lowe), I have finally figured out this blog stuff! I'm super excited to share some of my pictures and thoughts about my amazing clients. But for my very first blog, I thought I would do a little quick sharing about myself : ) I'm twenty years old and currently a student at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA. I love Milledgeville and everything it has brought me over the years. Great photo spots, awesome friends, and my amazing fiance, Shawn. I recently got engaged (December 30, 2011) and cannot wait to be a wife. Well, HIS wife! I look forward to every day that I will share with him and I am overwhelmingly blessed to have him as my future hubby! I also have an irreplaceable family that I couldn't do without. My mom is my hero and always will be, and my brother and sister (Wesley and Angie) continue to teach me something new every day about being grateful, and being happy. I have many more family members that I could go on for paragraphs about, but for time's sake, I must stop there. I love to take pictures! I got my first camera when I was 13 and haven't put one down since. I love the idea of capturing a significant moment in time to have always, or capturing a moment just to capture it. I cherish being able to take pictures at any given opportunity and thank God every day for giving me SO many opportunities.
